Your patience is appreciated. You will receive an email with tracking number once your package had been shipped. Rest assured your package is in my system and will be heading your way soon!
If package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information or incorrect address, the cost of resending package will be invoiced to customer. Please make sure you type in your correct address.
All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but I cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.
All jewelry and shirts are handmade to order when you make your purchase. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to be created. All items are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation and tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If your order was purchased during a sale, your order will take 2 – 3 weeks to process. You will receive a confirmation email receipt, letting you know that the shop has received your order. Please do not e-mail Kate about your shipping time until its been 2 weeks from your order date, as it takes away from processing your order. I understand ordering online, and getting it ASAP, however, if Kate is consumed with emails she is unable to do her job. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
Purchasing priority mail at checkout does not mean your order will process faster. The processing time of 1-3 weeks is for all orders. Purchasing priority mail will make the shipping time faster.
Mae Cargo is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged jewelry/packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact your local post office to see if your package goes missing or arrives damaged.**
All jewelry is packaged in a Mae Cargo box, ready to give. Due to the high volume of orders, Kate is unable to personalize a note for the package.

Depending on which item you have ordered, returns will be accepted. If your item was customized, like the "Puppy Love" hand stamped necklace, the shop will be unable to return or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if they are undamaged and unworn within one week of item(s) received. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return items back to shop. The best way to return a package is using USPS first class with insurance + tracking. If the item being returned to shop by customer was lost without a tracking number or return address, Mae Cargo will not be responsible. See mailing address above.
Exchanges must be unworn, undamaged and exchanged within one week of item(s) received.
Example, if you ordered a necklace or choker and the chain length does not work, there is a $10 restocking/labor/return shipping fee. The chain has to be unworn in order to fix. Very important to choose the correct length. If your necklace needs to be adjusted to be longer, there will be additional fees.

All damages can be fixed! Click here: "Repairs + Services" . Make sure to read all instructions and print out the form provided. If your item(s) was delivered damaged, please contact Kate immediately.
